What ALL TALK is
A party game you play in a browser. One player brags a number, everyone else bets on whether they can hit it, and then they have to actually do it. It is free to play. Paying once unlocks the full deck of cards, the ready-made packs, and writing your own cards.
ALL TALK GOLF, at alltalkgolf.com, is a separate game and a separate payment. It runs over a whole day out rather than a round at a table — bets set on the first tee, settled at the bar. These same terms apply to it, but an unlock for one does not unlock the other.
What you get when you pay
A single payment of $5 unlocks the game on the device you bought it on. There is no account and no password: your browser keeps an unlock code, and that code is what unlocks the game.
If you lose it — a new phone, a cleared browser — you can get it back from the lobby by entering the email address you paid with. Only the host of a game needs to have paid. Everyone else plays free, always.
The price includes any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are.
Refunds
Ask within 30 days and you get your money back, no reason needed. Email support@alltalkgame.com.
A refund switches the unlock off. That is not a threat, just what happens: the payment and the unlock are the same thing, so returning one returns the other.
What we don't promise
This is a small game run by one person. It may be unavailable sometimes. Cards get added, changed and removed — the deck you play next year will not be identical to today's. Games in progress live only in memory and are lost if the server restarts; that is a deliberate trade for starting a game in four seconds with no account.
The game asks people to do physical things. Use your judgement, and don't attempt a card that isn't sensible for you, the room you're in, or the people you're with. You are responsible for your own safety and for anything you choose to do.
Fair use
Don't resell or share unlock codes publicly, don't try to break the service for other people, and don't use it to harass anyone. An unlock code being handed round the internet may be switched off.
Age
ALL TALK is for players aged 13 and over. Younger children are very welcome to play at a table with an adult — a family game is one of the things it's for — but the person paying and hosting should be an adult.
The legal bit
ALL TALK is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, liability for anything arising out of using it is limited to the amount you paid, which is $5. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
